Erica Wiebe

As an Olympic Champion and as a Business Partner at one of Canada's fastest-growing start-ups, Neo Financial, Erica Wiebe lives in the space just beyond her comfort zone and embraces each challenge as she pursues excellence.

Erica is currently completing a dual MBA program at Cornell and Queen’s University and recently joined Neo Financial as a Bachelor of Kinesiology and B.A.(Hons) from the University of Calgary, worked as a consultant at Deloitte, and has travelled extensively internationally in sport development roles. She is a passionate advocate for the power of sport and volunteers her time with organizations that include Right to Play, Fast & Female, Kidsport Alberta.
