Meet the Presenters:
Brittney Frias
Brittney is a Recruitment Consultant with People First HR, bringing a strategic and relationship-focused approach to every search. Since 2021, she has partnered with organizations to identify top talent and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
As a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR), and CPHR Candidate, Brittney combines technical expertise with a passion for creating inclusive hiring practices. She also serves as Director of Human Resources for Pride Winnipeg, supporting meaningful DEI initiatives both professionally and in the community.
Reena Varshney
Reena is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in leadership coaching and recruitment, particularly for technical roles such as software developers. In her most recent role, she led the People Operations department, providing leadership and coaching to technical teams, resulting in higher team morale and engagement. With a passion for fostering talent and creating people-centric cultures, Reena now brings her wealth of experience to her role as a Career Consultant, helping individuals navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity.
