About David Allison 

David Allison began working in advertising agencies in 1985 and helped motivate audiences for the world’s largest brands. After a career spent developing ideas and concepts to engage stakeholders for several hundred organizations, David recognized the need for a more scientific method to determine what really influences people to do the things they do. The result is The Valuegraphics Database, the first global dataset created specifically to help organizations predict and influence behavior using the values we share.

David has lectured and taught courses on marketing in Alberta and BC’s largest post-secondary institutions and his best-selling book on Valuegraphics, “We Are All The Same Age Now”, was named by INC. Magazine as one of the top-ten leadership books of the year. On top of all of that, he was born and raised right here in Winnipeg!
