Are you a highly motivated and curious post-secondary student with a passion for business analysis and assisting organizations in finding proper business solutions to solve problems? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Join us at MASC as the Business Analyst Student, where you will work under the guidance of our Corporate Projects and Architecture Manager. In this role, you will
work closely with experienced analysts, project managers, and business leaders to help map out what’s working, identify what’s not, and bring structure to change. You will document current processes, capture requirements, and help validate new solutions while working with the team on bridging gaps between business needs and technical capabilities and taking ideas to action.

In this role, you will play a crucial part of our team by:

  • Supporting discovery sessions with stakeholders to assist in understanding business needs.
  • Documenting current and future-state processes and workflows.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing business requirements.
  • Contribute to solution assessments and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with both business and technical teams to support project goals.
This is your chance to see how change happens within organizations from the inside out — and to be part of it. You will gain practical experience, grow your professional network, and walk away with real tools, techniques, and confidence as you build your career in business analysis.
*The successful applicant must be available to work for the duration of the term. Preference will be given to students furthering their education in the fall.
